Today,

I don’t have to be perfect.

Instead of giving my inner-critic a megaphone,

I will re-introduce her to grace.

I am doing a good job,

and good is good enough.

I will let go of imperfections and simply enjoy life,

drinking deeply of God’s love.

I give myself permission to be in process,

to try new and uncomfortable things.

I will replace judgment with empathy,

honoring my feelings in the process.

I will choose vulnerability over perfection,

knowing my true self—not perfect self—

is worthy of love and belonging.

I will remember I am eternally

loved and delighted in by God

and nothing I experience today

could separate me from that love.
